Sports Massage

Massage is essential and important for the treatment and prevention of sports injuries. My personal experience as a professional windsurfer and necessarily with injuries, led me to understand how important it is to treat in a way that encourages the body's natural healing and improves its ability to restore itself and thus also prevent, or at least reduce the chance of future injuries. The massage is directed and adapted to the areas used by you in the relevant sport and helps to reduce muscle pain, increase flexibility and improve your performance. I combine applying Kinesio tape which encourages natural healing long after the treatment.
